Changshu, China – November 15, 2015. After three incredibly challenging days of fishing on Shang Lake in China we have a new Hobie® Fishing World Champion! Ma Xiao Hong of China has scooped the title on the final day of competition. Mr. Ma landed a centimeter yellow cheek carp to beat the tournament leader, Li Hai Hang’s two top mouth culter measuring a total of 99 cm. Guy Struthers of Australia took home the Rhino-Rack Anglers Choice Award, an award from his fellow anglers for showing the camaraderie and sportsmanship befitting a Hobie Fishing Worlds.
