Hobie Island Club Membership Terms and Conditions

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Hobie Island Club events, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

• There is risk of injury and equipment damage from the activities involved.
• I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my participation.
• I agree to comply with the terms and conditions of participation.
• I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Hobie Cat Company, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, sponsors and advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessor of premises used to conduct the event.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND THE RULES GOVERNING THESE EVENTS. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND THAT I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
